Contest Policies

1. No purchase is necessary. Entrants may send in a hand-written request along with a five (500) hundred-word handwritten letter on why they support the charity designated in the draw. It must be sent by Canada Post and be received before the contest end date or before all eligible product is sold.
2. Eligibility: Chinook Arms Co. giveaways are open to all legal residents of Canada who are the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence or older at the time of the draw.
3. Contest Period: contest will have a start and finish date for each contest. Should all the eligible product be sold before the end date the draw will be immediate.
4. Contest Entry Restrictions: Entrant are restricted to one (1) free entry per sticker purchase. Unlimited entry via hand written requests have no entry limit.
5. Awarding of Prize: The prize will be awarded to a participating entrant via random number or name draw we will contact the winner via phone/email/social media.
6. Winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram pages, by entering the draw, entrant are agreeing to having their name announced.
7. Employees for Chinook arms Co. their respective, affiliates, subsidiaries related companies, including advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

General Rules and Policy

1. Each prize claim is subject to verification by Chinooks Arms Co. and/or its designated representatives.
2. By participating, each entrant and selected winner agrees: (a) to be bound by the Rules and the decisions of Chinooks Arms Co. (b) to release and hold harmless Chinooks Arms Co. its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent dealers, and their representative directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives including advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability for claims/damages,
3. Chinooks Arms Co. will use the entrant’s personal information only for identification purposes and protect participants personal information provided to enter to the contest will be used only to administer the contest, and for no other reason without the participants knowledge or permission.
4. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logo, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, illustrations, slogans, and representations, are owned by Chinooks Arms Co. and or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
5. For residents of QUEBEC: Any legislation respecting conduct or organization of a publicity contest may de submitted to the Regie des Alcools des Course et des Jeux for a ruling. Any legislation respecting the warding of prizes may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

The Prizes

1. The prizes are listed by individual listing.
2. Winners are not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize and stated approximate Prize value, if any.
3. Prizes will be distributed within the time agreed upon by both parties. After the winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
4. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Chinooks Arms Co. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. Chinooks Arms Co. reserves the right, in the sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize (or portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
5. Chinooks Arms Co. shall not assume any liability for any lost of misdirected Prizes.
6. Chinooks Arms Co. shall not assume any liability for warranty other than the warranty that apply to its products as covered under Chinooks Arms Co. listed warranty.

Winner Selection

1. Selection of winner(s) per Draw shall be selected as follows:
2. Each draw will have an entrant requirement for the draw, at the time that amount has been reached, the contest will close, and the draw will be made. Please see details of the contest for what prize is currently being offered. The odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by Chinooks Arms Co.  Before being declared a Winner, the selected entrant shall be required to correctly answer, without any assistance of any kind, weather mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered during a pre-arranged telephone call.
